From Our Website

Daydreaming about owning your own home is one of the most intoxicating practices known to modern man, especially now that HGTV and all the house flipping shows make it look like a cake walk. But when the time comes to. There's a reason why people love looking at photos of homes for sale - it's rare that we get to see a place look it's very best, and scrolling through gorgeous room after room helps serious. Buying a home can be an anxiety-ridden process, and that potential anxiety gets amplified for anyone who's embarking on homeownership for the very first time.

Our initial roster included three agents and one office staff person. Soon after we opened, Petey the parakeet perched on the sill of an open window and was welcomed as our first pet. With no listing inventory, we created an investor website - investors could purchase rental homes through our firm - mostly VA foreclosures - we would repair them and provide ongoing property management services. We also managed New River Shopping Center. New River required permanent maintenance employees to keep the Shopping Center clean, the grass cut and minor maintenance accomplished.

CRI PROPERTIES is a full-service real estate company specializing in property management services. Our objective is to provide the highest level of property management service available, the level of service we expect to receive with our own investments. There are two fees charged to our Landlords for property management services. The first is a property management fee. This fee compensates the Firm for providing property management services - collecting rents, responding to service requests, answering other tenant requests, coordinating maintenance or other necessary services and conducting inspections as necessary.
