Zack Alawi has been completely unprofessional in spamming my email box with his emails. I have asked him multiple times nicely to stop sending me his marketing emails. I asked him multiple times to unsubscribe me from his lists. I live in CA and have never looked for property in Arizona. He must have gotten my contact info from the internet. I never opted into his list and his emails are ILLEGAL in that they do not have an unsubscribe link (plus I never opted in).
Each time I ask nicely to unsubscribe me from all of his lists, he immediately sends me another spammy, marketing email. It's harassment and bullying. Finally, I had to tell him if he didn't stop sending his emails I would have to report him to the spam officials at UCE.gov. He immediately sent yet another email. He's basically telling me he is not going to remove me from his lists no matter what.
What a complete!@****#@! If Zack acts this when someone requests an unsubscribe multiple times, nicely, I can't imagine what a horrible experience it would be to do a real estate deal with him when a lot of money is changing hands. I wouldn't ever trust anyone like this man at Real Pros and I suggest you don't either. I am currently in contact with the Board of Realtors in his area to report his ILLEGAL marketing tactics and email spam and bullying.
