I cannot say enough about Picard Realty Rentals, specifically Jennice. You could not meet a nicer woman and so ready to help. We had an unfortunate reason to cancel a trip and she walked me through everything I needed to do. She could not do enough caring things for me. I truly appreciate her. I will definitely book with them again. Thanks Jennice :

We have stayed at Silver Beach for the past 5 years and we are always very satisfied, we mostly stay in unit 104 we love being on ground floor so we can take our furry baby out easily. Jennice goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for us, she is very helpful with Suggestions for whatever we need. Love this place.

We had unit 705 and when we first walked in there was an old musty smell. It wasn't clean by my standards and I didn't want to use anything in it. We were supposed to stay a week, but got there late Saturday and left by noon on Monday.

I always recommend Picard to friends and family wishing to have a wonderful stay on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Rooms and beaches are beautiful!

We stayed in unit 401 and were very pleased with the unit. The view was beautiful, the beds and furniture were comfortable and the condo was well furnished. Everyone at Picard Realty was very nice and helpful. The complex was well maintained and very clean. And most of all, we loved having our little pug with us! Hope we are able to return soon!

We have stayed in multiple properties managed by Picard Realty over the past 10+ years. The management team have always been professional, accommodating, and responsive to all our requests. The units we have enjoyed have been clean well maintained and comfortable. Picard is the first and only place we seek out for our trips to the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores area.

Blood stains on mattress, furnitiure old and very stained, ac vents full of hair and dirt preventing air flow (according to the ac mechanic who showed up), frig looks like it's 50 years old LITERALLY, rusted and the doors don't fully close. And worst of all is Picard Realty. I gave the agent on site a list of these problems (and more) and that we wanted a partial refund.

She acted like no problem but reported that the Picard manager was on vacation (I don't believe it) so she would call me in a few days. There was no call and no return call to the messages that I Ieft. Don't stay here! It's GROSS ( tiny filthy fans in hot elevators that smelled like fish :( We were in room 703 - most uncomfortable - threw towels on furniture before sitting on it.

Personal touch in beach condo rentals. Millie and Tom are the best!
