Pine Lake Heights Apartments

I lived at The Flats at Shadow Creek from 2020-2021 and had a phenomenal experience! Maintenance always responded within a few hours. Emergency maintenance was always professional, courteous, and had great communication and customer service skills. My husband and I moved out of state, but we know if we ever come back home CIP communities are the only place we are looking at!

My experience at Aspire at City Place has been great. The leasing office and property manager/maintenance have been very attentive to my needs as well as other residents. As a commercial account manager for SavATree I have worked with hundreds of property managers in Minnesota. CIP is one of the most professional I have ever interacted with. The amenities are always kept in clean, working order and the snow and ice control has been very good considering our weather conditions. The heated driveway to the lower garage was also a genius idea to have included at time of construction. Overall, a great experience thus far.

I enjoy working for this company very much. I really enjoy how the day to day changes. The routine is much the same. But something new every day. I enjoy the familiarity between myself and the residents. I really enjoy taking a couple minutes here and there to say hi to the furry residents(animals)!

Overall the quality of life at Midtown Crossing apartments has been the best I've had to date. I've lived in 5 different apartments in my time in Omaha. The quality of space and utility outshines the other facilities I've been in the Omaha area. Maintenance requests are quick and courteous I've lived here for about 4 months. The location is nice having access to a nice gym (which I've neglected but it's a Genesis gym).

I'm excited to spend summer here with so much to do and see in the area. The parking garage is nice having a skyline walkway to connect to the complex. Sometimes groceries can be a trek but other than that its been pleasant and I only have good things to say.

I've lives at Fountain Glen, a Commercial Investment Property ("CIP") apartment complex, for the past seven years. I've been very pleased with my experience living there. I originally lived in a two-bedroom apartment from 2013 through 2016 and moved into one of their three-bedroom loft apartments in 2016. Both apartments were in excellent condition upon move-in and CIP made the change very easy.

The maintenance crew and staff is wonderful - very quick to respond when I have had any issues, very friendly and courteous, and have always resolved any issues I've had (I've had very few over those seven years). Moreover, they do an excellent job of maintaining the common areas in my buildings and of the grounds, generally. Considering the quality of the apartment and the amenities offered, it is a great value for the money. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a reasonably priced rental unit to consider Fountain Glen

I absolutely LOVE living here. I moved to The Preserve just 7 months ago and couldn't be happier. My unit is so beautiful and I wake up every morning thinking, "I can't believe this is my apartment". Despite the challenges COVID has brought over the last few months, the office staff has done a great job at finding ways for us to be able to use the amenities in a safe and healthy way.

I love the secure storage lockers where our packages are delivered and the fact that we get a text message when they arrive. I love the pool in the summer, the Zen Garden and how friendly everyone is. But nothing is better than going downstairs to the coffee machine and filling my multiple cups of coffee all day. I never knew how much I'd appreciate not having to make my own! I feel so safe living here and am so grateful to live in such a beautiful community.

My friend, my boyfriend and I currently live at "The Villas of Omaha at Butler Ridge", and I am beyond satisfied with everything so far! Not only is the property really nice, but Jazmyne and Adam have been phenomenal. The maintenance crew has also been so amazing. We receive timely responses, and I personally don't have anything to complain about.

Should an issue not be able to be resolved right away, other solutions are offered which is one of the many things that has stood out from other companies. The previous companies that I have lived at have not been as responsive or helpful. I just really appreciate this company so much, and I absolutely love living here! :

I have been very pleased with the time I have been at Fountain Glen apartments. The office staff is amazing, friendly and beyond helpful. The apartment was clean and move in ready and when I had a small issue with the blinds, maintenance was here and had in fixed in minutes. Speaking of the maintenance staff, they are amazing at keeping the grounds clean and maintained, amongst the many other jobs they do on a daily basis.

I have lived renting with this company for over a year now, and I'm very glad that I made the choice to. I had a family member share that they had good experiences, and I have too. The location of my apartment is perfect for my needs, as well as its high quality and reasonable pricing. As for the company, I can tell that I am actually important to them.

This is NOT one of those companies where once they have my money I'm not important. If I have a problem, my landlord always responds within hours, and you can tell they take time and passion into making sure that I am able to live comfortably. The building has a nice security system that is able to keep people out. The cost of living is reasonable!

The quality of my unit is nice! The staff cares! I mean, we have monthly pest control. I don't know any other company who does that. It's a wonderful company that is able to provide for me, time and time again. I know I have recommended people here many times, and I don't think I'll ever stop.

The CIP property I live at is great! I've been living at the Flats at 84th for almost 5 years and it has been a wonderful time. The facilities are nice, including the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse spaces. My own apartment is a great space as well with lots of space to have a bunch of cooking equipment. Any time I've had to call maintenance the main office contacts me immediately to resolve any questions and then the issue is fixed immediately.

I've never once been frustrated with the office staff. They're beyond helpful -- sometimes even bring packages up to my door for me, or sometimes they just give hot chocolate to all the units. Love the layout of the property, and it feels like if I'm ever in need of something, I'll be able to find what I need. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences I've had renting in 10 years of living in the Twin Cities. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

CIP properties truly care about their residents! High standards of making sure the properties are clean and maintenance is completed in a timely manner. wonderful company!

Hey CIP, I live at Highland View Apartments. Had a quick question for you. How many times do the mail boxes need to get broken into before you actually do something about it. they have been broken into about 5 times or more since January and nothing has happen to prevent this from happening.

Rip off! Liars! Snotty office personnel. Turning them in to proper authorities.

Recently moved out.knowing that companies always try to keep as much of your deposit as possible I went to a lot of effort to try to at least get back half of my $600 deposit. I was aware they would charge me a fee to clean the carpets but trying to be a good tenant I went ahead and cleaned them anyway. In addition to the carpet fee, they charged. me a pet cleaning fee of $150 when anyone's knows you can buy pet cleaning additives for $15.

I cleaned the fridge, stove, cabinets, bath rooms and even the ceiling fans. It was cleaner when I left than when I moved in. Yet they charged me a $200 cleaning fee. If anyone did actually clean it may have cost CIP $30. Lately they charged me for my last two months of utilities that were already paid by me included in my rent for those months. In total I received $89 of my $600 deposit. Consumers are definitely at the mercy of property management companies but it would be nice if this was regulated a little better somehow.

Been renting from CIP for almost 5 years. Great apartments but a horribly ran company. There staff never knows what the next person is doing and they will tell you one thing and the next day they will tell you the exact opposite. When you ask to speak to the manager they will rarely ever return your phone calls. Moved out of one apartment almost a month ago and still haven't received deposit from it even though they already have others moved into it. Very frustrated and can not wait to be able to get away from this company.
