The company is run by a very cool and down-to-earth guy, Dean, and I've had very few issues renting both an apartment and self storage from them. In fact, they've gone above and beyond what I would have expected a couple of times. For example, I moved in late and parked in the lot behind the building I was in as directed. I woke up the second morning there to find my car towed.
It was a weekend so I couldn't get a hold of anyone that could do anything. Monday morning I was called by Dean and told he would cover it as it was a misunderstanding. He then gave me a ride to the lot it was towed to and apologized. Amazing. This is how property managers should be. I'd give them a full five stars but the maintenance is a bit lacking at times. But at the prices they offer, it's easy to forgive.
