The company is a total joke and their business model is to rip off businesses my personal experiences over the course of 12 months is my company has paid them excess of $16,000 for leads. It seems my competitors are now blaming me for posting fake leads so what are they do and Janice Dinham? They believe my competitors, and completely disregard my business relationship and all the thousand dollars I paid them.

When I have experienced fake leads they refuse to even credit my account yet Janice claims they have IP address is aware where the leads are originating from again major fake news and Janice is in the wrong business, with all her FAKE AND FALSE INFORMATION. To imagine I've done business with this company in excess of five years with each year paying them $16,000 and they don't even give me the benefit of doubt or even have the courtesy to discuss this with me.

I suggest businesses put their money into paper advertising their websites, blog anything else but this illegitimate company that claims to be in business for the good of producing leads for property management companies throughout the country. Enough Said
