I contacted the Property Manager via email and was courteous. On 4/5/14, I let him know that the steps leading to my front porch had become loose during the winter and needed repair. I acknowledged that it could take some time for a permanent fix but that a temporary one would suffice. My main concern was/is safety. On 4/7/14, his response was we will see what we can do.
On 4/18/14 I emailed that nothing had been done and that 11 days is an unacceptable amount of time to address a safety concern. I received an out of office reply. The Property Manager has bothered me about minor, non-safety related issues, eg a "Christmas Tree" on my front porch, yet can't be bothered to address something that IS a clear safety hazard.
