Rented in The Peninsula at 33570 Windswept, apt 3102. Full size bed terrible, owner refused to reimburse for mattress topper after complaining. No stocked supplies from basic one day of soap, napkin/paper towel, bathroom basics, coffee, etc. Unit cut costs at everyway possible. Do not rent this unit.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value You will waste your time for any service getting from this office. This office Does not even deserve one star.

Housing is ok if they clean b4 you stay which didn't happen in our case, and it would be nice if the parking permits worked in front of our rental but I guess that doesn't apply even for the price around rehoboth beach

My daughter rented a home near the beach from 10/9 to10/12/2020. We had to change plans. We had to call them numerous times. The service and their response was superb. Further, the house was perfect in every way. Then they went above board and called when they found my reading glasses. They did not hesitate for a minute in sending me my glasses which they had to wrap and pay to send. I could not believe it. I intend to only rent from them in the future. Thank you very much. Their website was easy to use and had more options in the menu to help select a house that would meet my needs for a vacation rental at Rehoboth Beach!

We filled out a survey that Berkshire Hathaway sent to me after we were done closing on our house. We kindly put on the survey how our experience was and asked to have someone call us back. That was 6 months ago and we still haven't heard back. Our experience was awful with our realtor and was hoping we would at least get a follow up with management. Our goal for this was to kindly discuss how our expectations were not met whatsoever before writing a review.

Ask for Patsy Carpenter! She is eagerly on top of everything and always someone to depend to get the work done!
