1 Applications must be filled out completely and neatly. Please be very specific with employment and previous landlord's addresses and phone numbers. Please list the last 2 rental references. We must have street numbers and zip codes in order to qualify application for rental. 2 Each person who will reside in the unit 18 years of age or older, must complete an application.

Save you're money and don't apply here horrible experience. Very unprofessional. They go by public record which means if you have a common name your out of luck cause there's probably someone else out there with 5 evictions like they claimed we had. And they said if we can prove it's not them then let them know and we called the county clerk and it they couldn't provide us proof and said it is the third party's Job to do the check on resident history.

Which is so true. At least if your gonna be lazy update you're system and use app folio like every other agency that way backgrounds are checked correctly and Thoroughly. We have excellent credit flawless payment history and great income and still got denied because of the alleged 5 evictions! Also thank you so much for denying us less then a week later we were approved by multiple places and chose a beyond perfect place. Listen to the other reviews people! You can't even enter the office to apply. I highly recommend synergy, rpm, or clemmer! Don't even bother here.

Do yourself a favor and find another property management company. If you're an owner there are plenty of other company's that will find you the right tenant.

Not really interested in helping there tenants. All they care about is the rent. The cleanliness of the property they manage has declined in the past 6 months. All concerns, complaints, noise complaints are directed to an online portal were no one contacts back. Long story short, all u are is a $. If you own a property they manage, check on your property, most likely they are not being taken care of like you hope or pay for. If u are thinking of renting from them keep looking, your family is worth more than being a number on an online portal that no one will call.

Be careful of this company. I had issues with my deposit which took months, which never got resolved. I ended up paying my deposit in full when last spoke about the issue. 3 days after giving them the money for the deposit they decided to put me into collections and stated they never received the money. Luckily I had receipts and the collection agency took them off my credit report. These people, especially the manager that runs it are the definition of money hungry slumlords.

Multiple units with RMS. Extremely proactive in filling vacancies. Quality tenant selection - pay on-time with few issues after exit. In-house handyman services are reasonable and are able to fix many issues before bringing in external contractors.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I own a house they rent out. So far, all they do is rent to people who wont or can't pay rent. Then damage property. When repairs need to be done, they postpone them for months.with their own crew. Do not rent here do not be an owner here. Their billing practices have been suspect for years.

My fiance and I came in & requested to see an apartment on Castlegate. We loved it! What was even better was that one of the ladies at the front desk said they didn't look at credit. That same day, we put in our application. Mind you, we were up and down gathering the required documents. As we were turning in our application, we were asked about our credit.

We were confused, but turned in our application since we were told they didn't really look at credit to begin with. The next day, we received a call saying we got denied due to credit. If we would have known they cared about credit, we wouldn't have wasted our time. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, but their information was inaccurate.

My fiance and I were very disappointed. We even called them back asking them for a chance since our income & 4 year rental history was on point, but no luck. It's your loss on good tenants. FYI: We did read some of the reviews beforehand about them not fixing things. When we were in there filling out the application, we did overhear a tenant complaining about it and that's it's been 4 days since he's requested maintenance to repair his sink. Advice: Don't tell people you don't care about credit, so people don't waste their time.

I have not actually rented from this company. But I would like to comment on my frustration with the application process. I called in advance to make sure that the apartment I was interested in was still available, I needed to move-in quickly so I wasn't really interested in what it looked like. I had to convince them to let me fill out an application even though I hadn't visited the property.

I just needed a place to live. They told me that I would need to go and fill out the application and bring it back with the required documents later. Two days later I want to go and turn in the paperwork, I check online and it says that they are open on Saturdays (apparently this Saturday was an exception which was not stated on the website). The following Monday was memorial day so it makes sense but it was still frustrating that I had to drive to the office to find that out. Anyways, Tuesday morning I drive down to the office (again) to turn in my application and they won't accept it because apparently someone else had already applied for it.

I just feel like they wasted a lot of my time and effort to get everything in order. The other application that was submitted was not even complete, they were missing documents. I was told that I would be contacted if that fell through but now I have 2 days to find another apartment.

Why would someone get denied an application when combined income is double or more and one of the applicant has almost perfect credit? I don't feel the need to get denied if the person with almost perfect credit is the one who makes more than enough to pay all the bills himself. Other 2 applicants for property shouldn't even had been looked at. People here are really rude and don't give you proper answers to the questions you have. Asked to speak with supervisor and was placed on hold to come back and say oh they're in a meeting so I got transferred to voicemail.

My wife and I have rented from them now for nearly a year. So far, so good. When the temperature started hitting 100 degrees consistently we put in a work order to have a ceiling fan installed in the bedroom. I was prepared to pay for the fan, but RMS had a (decent) fan installed free of charge within a few days of the first request. I was quite impressed.
