Rendezvous Mountain Rentals & Property Management

We're stying at the Aspens: Outpost. Our front door doesn't close without the deadbolt, and it seems flimsy, which is very unsettling. Some of the blinds don't work at all, and the ones that do don't really block sunlight. To top that off, they have maintenance/construction crews begin very noisey renovations around 7am. The room is fairly nice and it's conveniently located if you enjoy hiking, but I'd reccomend you look to stay somewhere else.

I'm extremely disappointed in the greediness/lack of professional consideration with this business and the owner of the accommodation we rented. We decided a few short days ago to take our family to Yellowstone for vacation leaving Alabama on June 28th. We made reservations and within a few short days (I believe 5 days after) Yellowstone suffered a natural disaster with historic flooding.

Our vacation plans consisted of the entire park. with accommodations for each area before we were to arrive in Jackson Hole for the final leg of our trip/ending in the southern region of Yellowstone. With the north flooded, it was like a domino effect on our entire vacation. We had no choice but to make the hard decision to cancel our trip only 8 days after booking.

Every hotel, activity and event reservation was cancelled with no problems. Everyone was so nice with the EXCEPTION of Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. They refused to give a refund NOR would they change our reservation so that we come come in the Spring to snow-ski. They have now retained $2200 of our vacation funds. I will NEVER book with this company again. When a natural disaster occurs, you expect businesses to do the right thing and treat people with kind consideration but unfortunately, this company does not.

I've rented from them several times over the years but condos units have gotten older and the owners seem to just milk the high cost of rentals in Jackson without putting any money back into their units. Last place I stayed had nothing but rave reviews despite the fact the condo had a number of annoying problems. The review I submitted was never printed, leading me to believe they scrub any review that might give someone pause to rent.

Rendezvous is SUCH a great team and I couldn't recommend them more. They have the best rates, the best customer service, the best properties. They always go above and beyond to make our stays wonderful and have been really helpful and accommodating when we've needed to make changes. Definitely recommend them over other rental companies or Airbnb/VRBO.

I have rented stays in Jackson through this outfit multiple times and cannot say enough positive things. Staff and booking agents are extremely helpful and responsive. All of the places I have stayed are always top notch.

We decided to do a vacation out West, the prices in the area are ridiculous but we found this beautiful home it had five bedrooms and was perfect for our family of 9. The master on the main and everyone else downstairs was perfect! The house was clean and well kept. There were lots of wild animal visitors in the backyard and we loved it! The back patio, and BBQ made eating at home easy. The views of the mtns were awesome along with the convenience of getting to see all the surrounding sights. I would highly recommend this house!

Our space was absolutely amazing! Our condo had everything we needed and then some. And the Rendezvous family was so helpful with all of our needs, and very accommodating with all of my requests and questions leading up to our trip. Superb! Would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our week in Greyling 4513 - 3 bedroom unit. The pictures on Rendezvous Mountain Rental website are an exact representation of this condo. Beautiful decorating and the kitchen and wet bar are fully stocked with anything you would need to make yourself at home. We had issues with the WiFi not working and with a quick call on a late Saturday afternoon to the RMR, the issue was resolved in less than 2 hours. Very professional service and clean! Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in teewinot A2 and the condo is perfectly laid out. The decorations are simple and very tasteful. It's just a pleasant spot to be. We figured out how to basically ski in and ski out using the union lift. Overall a perfect fit for our family.

Good place, it is a bit small for 10 people but the price was right. relatively close to the slopes, the community pool and hot tub is great. no other complaints other than the front left burner on the stove wasn't working. would stay again.

We would absolutely stay here again. The property management company was very responsive and informative as well as friendly to work with. The Ringer house was perfect for our group of 10 and really clean! They had quite a bit of items for the kitchen and the beds were pretty comfortable. It was a great location as well for ski in/ski out of the village.

Our Windflower unit was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. Everything was ready for our stay. The location was great for accessing Grand Teton NP from the Moose-Wilson Road entry which was convenient for hiking and it was also near Teton Village and Jackson for dining and shopping. Aspen Market was a short walk for groceries.

My family and I stayed in Teton village at one of their rentals. It was an amazing experience. Not only did they allow us to bring our dog, but we were in a neighborhood where we literally saw a mama moose and her baby right up the street on our morning walk, and a bear walked by behind our house mid day! It was a striking experience being from San Francisco.

They were very accommodating, we got majority of our deposit back and they helped us find the right fit for our family with their wide selection of rental homes. Would definitely use them again next time we visit Jackson Hole.

I was working with Ted trying to get some questions answered about the accommodation I had selected before I gave credit card info. He said he was holding the location for me until I got answers back. But when I went to book and pay, he told me someone had "ignored the hold" and there was nothing he could do about it. Offered me a place that was over $500 more than the first one (even with the discount he gave me). YIKES!

But I was stuck so I accepted. Stayed at the Cove in The Aspens. Very nice place. Three large bedrooms, all with private baths. Upon arrival, twin room where I slept smelled of teenage sweaty boys. It never went away. Loved the kitchen with everything a gourmet kitchen needs and more. But it was not cleaned well--food crumbs, greasy something on counters and the potholders in desperate need of laundering.

Dead plant in the living room. Movies/DVD didn't play and tv had almost no channels despite a flyer showing dozens of selections. We appreciated comfortable bedding and a quiet place to relax at the end of the day, fluffy pillows, lots of hot water for showers. Nice to be able to cook breakfast every morning and a few dinners in the big kitchen, used the grill one of the evenings. Enjoyed the sounds of a stream across the street.

There were a few minor problems with the 5 bedroom home we rented in Wilson. Rendezvous' maintenance man was there within the hour, fixed a few things and promised to return with tools needed to complete the list. Sure enough, Lyndon was back a few hours later, finished his tasks and spent a few minutes advising our group on local bike trails and more.

He was great! A few days later, while on the way to Yellowstone for a day-long visit, we realized we'd left the coffee maker on. Rendezvous again sent someone over to the house to prevent any unwanted problems. Really appreciate those little touches. Checking in and out were simple, quick, and best of all, their property was located very close to our rental. Liked that. Loved our time in Wilson/Tetons/Yell and would use them again.

We stayed at 1922 Lupine in the Aspens with two other couples. The condo was well equipped and roomy with lovely furnishings and every amenity. The view from the living room was beautiful and we were conveniently located between the town of Jackson, Teton Village and the gateway to Teton Park and Yellowstone. I would highly recommend this condo and would, definitely rent again in the future.

We had a great experience at Teton Village. The location was perfect, right in between the city of Jackson and Teton National Park. The condo was fully stocked with dishes, vacuum, washer, dryer, and most things you might need. Great value for the money. The only downside to our stay was the heat. We stayed in early June and it was unseasonably hot. Since there is NO AC in any of the condos, we were roasting, even at night. Other than that, it was a great experience.

They encourage owners to improve and upgrade their properties so that our guests have the best, most comfortable experience possible. They are extremely responsive to owners and guests.

They are conveniently located on Moose-Willson Road, just across from The Aspens and a couple of miles from Jackson Resort, and can be at your door quickly to help with anything you need. Each member of the RMR team will go out of their way to make everything just right.no matter the inconvenience to them personally. Our guests are always very happy with their stay and the service RMR provides.

I stayed in the Aspens at Spruces 6 for my annual winter trip to Jackson Hole. This was very disappointing after my previous year at a Lupine condo. Spruces 6 has very poor lighting. It is subject to noise every time someone walks across the room above. The worst part is that smoke from another fireplace filled my unit and it took management a couple of tries to block my fireplace. While they did respond to my request, I am sure they had had this problem before, but did not fix it.

They jacked up the rental rate after I sign a rental agreement with them. Bait and switch! They advertised and agreed to one price but then said if I wanted to rent the property I would have to pay more, even after we had a signed contract. When they say "we reserve the right to change rates without warning" they mean it and they will! We still stayed at the property because it worked best for our group size and location we needed but I would not book with them again! Don't count on paying what the price they advertise. Unethical business practices!

Thought it was a bit pricey but overall it was a very nice place to stay. It was a bit dark and rustic but comfortable. We stayed in the downstairs unit that was perfect. Too bad the people above us were not very quiet. We had a problem with the wifi but the property management came out to see if they could fix the issue. Unfortunately, it was a cable problem so a service call needed to be made.

Not a problem scheduling either. The property management representatives were very professional and friendly. Gave us info on golf and things to do in the area. Easy check in and check out.

We rented in Teton Pines (Unit #24) for a week in mid-June. and couldn't have been any happier! From beginning to end, it was a perfect vacation. The rental company is very professional and attentive to your needs. Checking in and getting keys was easy, we were warmly welcomed to the Jackson Hole area. We are a family of 4 adults (2 college aged sons) and this particular unit was great for our needs. everyone had their own bathroom!

We really didn't spend any day time at the condo, there's simply too much to do in the area; touring the parks (Yellowstone is incredible, but we loved Grand Teton), hiking (Jenny Lake), horseback riding (Teton Horseback Adventures), whitewater rafting (Barker-Ewing) guided fishing trip from Colter Bay and of course dining (Q Roadhouse, Mangy Moose, Cutty's, The Granary, Pinky G's. all great).

But every evening we returned to the comfort of this beautiful home and relaxed. We didn't use the kitchen much, only for some breakfasts, it has everything you need though! Beds were comfortable, towels were plush and everything was clean! It wasn't inexpensive, but it was so well worth the price. we can't wait to visit again!

We could not have been more pleased with the service and unit we rented at The Aspens. We did have a ground floor unit and the 2nd floor people above us must have practiced ballroom dancing every night as we could hear them walking around for hours. Whilst our unit was pet free, the neighbors had plenty of them and their dogs were pooping everywhere - beware of landmines! If you want to use the fireplace, bring your own wood! Locally even small bundles of wood are highly overpriced.

We used this company to rent our condo in Teton VIllage (specifically in Teewinot, if you need to know). For a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo for 6 people it averaged out to $425 pp for the week. It is a bit pricey, but we had full use of the condo, the Sundance Tennis Club (for the hot tubs), a free shuttle to Teton Village and it was ski-in/ ski-out, with a chairlift 500 ft from the condo.

We were having some issues with the DVD player and when we had called about it, someone from the management company came the next day with a new one. All in all, I think it was pretty worth it, mainly due to there being six of us. If it was only myself and a friend, we probably would have stayed in a hotel.
