We have been renting a appartment for 5 years, one year ago this company took over. And we asked them if they where going to kick everyone out to remodel and they said no, we got this feeling after they kicked the first one out. But they said "there appointment was just gross". So we dont plan on moving, and we come home to a threatening letter on our door giving us 25 days to move our or else we are breaking the law. 25 days for someone who has been a good tenant and paid rent on time.
And I call/email and they wont return my call i just want to know why. Even though i know the answer but they dont want to return my calls so they can keep my deposit. When I call and get someone she knows nothing and the person that dose is gone, shocker. Please if you read this look for another management company. They will lie just to get what they want.

We had the worse experience with this company from day 1. The home was listed at a price we were approved for that amount the day we were to sign papers we were informed that our rent was increasing $200.00 a month to have our grass cut. Then we went to the house and the toilet overflowed the door bell didn't work and it was dirty from dust to the fans covered in grease and mold in the window tracts.
We took pictures like we were told and they credited us $100.00 to clean it ourselves. Then there were nails coming up on the deck again we were told send us pics we did and nothing my husband fixed it. The landscaper let the weeds grow taller then the fence and again it took me writing to the owners of the home to get anything done oh and threatened by Rental Management Company to be evicted if we ever contacted the owners again.
Then after a year we got a letter owners were selling we had to get out funny owners still own the home that was their way to get us out. $800.00 to clean carpets that were already cleaned. Rhonda is dishonest and does nothing when there is a problem. She tells her office lady to smooth everything over with an email and says we need to ask the owners.
The shower dial was broke and she told us the owners wouldn't fix it we replaced them ourselves. She lies and they are not a responsible management company she just in it for the money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company as a matter of fact I have done just the opposite to everyone I know. THIS IS THE WORST RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER AND THE OWNERS ARE HORRIBLE.

I have dealt with this company for several years and I have had exceptional experience when it comes to getting things fixed. I am very pleased at the service and have even recommended them recently to a lady who was looking for a place. I have nothing bad to say about them. I've been meaning to write this review for quite a while and when my hot water expansion tank began leaking the other evening, the new repairman "Jack" was there within an hour with the new parts and fixed it that very evening!
I was so glad I didn't have to call into work the next morning because of the tank issue. They care about the homes they rent. You cant get much better service than that! They are also set up online to pay rent, submit repair requests and track your payments. I recommend this company to everyone that I know is looking for a nice respectable place to live.

The pros. Great places to live with up to date furnishings and the price is right per sq, ft. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath in lake Stevens and rent was around 1200 for the house. Now for the bad and why they get 1 star. Trouble calls take 2 weeks or longer to get looked at. If your late even one day on rent you will get a call from management that is rude and totally uncalled for.
They have no since of helping the people that rent from them. Next we move into how Un organized they are. Upon a visit to the office it looks as though a family just moved into there office and they live out of boxes or a tornado plowed through. The hours of operation are ridiculous. They open late and close early so good luck on getting there when there open.
Anything you agree on with management I recommend getting in writing. This management is full of half truths and lies. Save time and money and look elsewhere. They are not worth the trouble. I lived here for 3+ years and it was always a hard time dealing with the management.

I've have had the worst experience ever renting from this company. They are greedy fat pigs that treat people terrible and with no humanity. If I could begin to describe the horrors I have dealt with I would put myself into cardiac arrest. Save yourself the turmoil and run from them as fast as you can!
