All they care about is making money. Raising our rent 20% with our next renewal - this place isn't worth that much, especially since the area has been getting less and less safe over the past year.

I am supposed to get a refund of the administrative fee ($300) from one of their properties (The Cosmopolitan) but was told it would take 45 business days. I don't know how they think it is ok to hold someone's money for that long.

I live out Broadcreek apartments. I was writing a review to give Equan Custis recognition on being an excellent maintenance worker. I have had past issues with maintenance out here before, but since Equan became head on maintenance, I have seen such a BIG improvement in service, customer care, and getting the job done in a timely manner. I really appreciate him and all that he do for this community.

It's not easy being a resident and complaining to the office about maintenance issues, but the line of communication with Mr. Custis makes it so much easier to live without any worries. Broadcreek needs to keep this man because he has definitely made a difference in the community and in the everyday residences lives out here. Keep up the great job Mr. Custis.

Terminated my lease a month and a half early. So my 5 month old and I are back to camping outside in a tent even though I applied for rental assistance. Thanks.

I live at Cedarfield@Church. Our Complex has had to deal with all sorts of bad maintenance issues in the past. Now that we are under new management with SL Nusbaum Realty Company life got so much better. Our Maintenance team are;Tim and Mike. We appreciate the office staff too. They give us the best service one could ask of a professional Staff. My husband and I are grateful for being under new management with SL Nusbaum.

The team of Maintenance professionals do a great job every day by making us look good and feel safe in our community. They are affectionately called " The Dynamic Duo". Whenever you see them out and about let them know that you appreciate the job they do.

I scheduled a maintenance call with Wendy for work to be done at my apt. She was very patient and helpful. My order was sent to Steve, he was incredibly helpful, wore a mask, and thorough, with correcting and diagnosing the issue with my furnace. He explained what had happened and how he corrected it. I was very happy with the entire experience. Steve is a wonderful asset to the maintenance department.

THE WORST property management company. I have called several times about concerns I have about one of their properties and NO ONE calls back! One of properties I live in is being neglected. Mildew on the siding, bushes NOT being cut. shutters missing off of houses, it's a run down mess! But every year the rent goes up! SICK OF IT!

First up, when I first moved into the Taylor Pointe apartments I didn't have any issues at first, however, the neighbor that resides within the 12 unit apartment building. Smokes heavily and the horrible smell of it is wreaking into my apartment, and my family have health conditions and should not be subjected to it. My lease is ending soon and if something is not put in place I will seek another apartment, because I work too hard and I shouldn't have a stench of whatever the tenant is inhaling everyday it's absurd. Smoking should be prohibited in the apartment and should be done outside.

Nusbaum recently bought the property I reside in. The have increased rent by 100s. Started charging for our washer and dryers that were already in place. Will not allow us to have our own. Charging for trash yet city costs have not gone up and we take our own trash out. So, what are they charging trash for? Charging for pest control, I feel should be apart of managing a property. Are we to be charged landscaping next?

The landscaping has really fallen off so it would be fitting to charge us for another non-existent service. To increase rent by so much and add on all these additional charges during a pandemic while so many are already struggling is tackles. If you want to add on all these additional costs, why not give us something worth paying for. The park is rotting and unsafe for kids.

The grounds are poorly kept. The contracted services that were provided leave our homes a mess and doors unlocked. All this shows where their main focus is. Our porches are being inspected for ash trays, dead plants, furniture and other things that are really none of their business. As long as our areas are kept neat and tidy, what does it matter what I have on my porch? All the maintenance men quit. I have seen 6 people move out from my area alone.

Clearly you can see a difference in the reviews from the company workers and people who actually live within the communities. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this company has been by far the worst. My community (Sacramento Townhomes) recently went under S. L. Nusbaum management and you can really see the change. Nothing is getting done as far as management or maintenence.

You really have to research to contact a live agent and not recieve a voice mail which noone ever calls back. You can't get in contact with anyone but yet new tenants are moving in, and you can tell the difference in the crowd. If you do so happen to speak to someone you get the run around message, "someone will call you back". The neighborhood has gone to pieces.

No more lawn care for residents but "the office area looks nice". Its been getting noisy around here but somehow management does not see or hear it. I've had to cut my grass twice due to the neglect of lawn maintence, snakes have been on the prowl in my yard so my kids stay inside. We pay a monthly fee for pest control but yet we dont see them come out often. My rent has increased and Im pretty sure the company gonna be looking for their money the same way Im looking for assistance.
