Enter at your own risk. This company lost 40% of their earnings in the month of May 2017. They lure people into jobs with high salaries and free food, however, behind it all is a company that is falling apart and will have to be restructured at some point soon. The work environment is horrible, the people are awful, rude, immature and click'ish. Spirit is very much lacking proper project execution.
The staff has a strong sense of ego that gets in the way of universal agreement on workflow. Very little opportunity to successfully recommend and implement a new way of doing things. Terrible culture of blaming and putting people down, management clearly lead by force rather than example. Office culture very much needs to be developed. I saw many people leave within the first few days of being there.
I Absolutely wouldn't recommend anybody to interview or consider that place. From the top down, every interaction was negative and full of insults and put-downs. If you want a throwback to your high school cafeteria and the drama that it had Spirit Realty will deliver that right to you. Advice to Management Train managers to coach before they dictate orders.
It's a fast pace environment I get it, but it doesn't have to feel like going into a sweatshop every morning where if you do the wrong thing you might be punished in front of the whole office.
