When I first went to the storage location everything looked great. I talked with the staff they were very nice and they had a great deal. However, after 6 months of being in storage I come back to the college and there were rats in my storage!. There were rat droppings all over my boxes, thankfully they were wrapped up tight, my mattress topper was eaten through, and everything smelling like rat pee and droppings it was revolting. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOW PRICES! the low prices definitely reflect the quality of storage. It was awful.

Roommate went to submit our rent on time. Didn't realize that he was only accepting money orders. On the eighth (rent is late after the 6th) he gave us a notice of eviction and refused my offer to pay 2 months rent in advance because of the inconvenience. So 2 days late during the Covid-19 shutdown and he's still evicting people without what I feel is good cause. Edit: and I was forced to run up by electric bill running a dehumidifier because he refused to re seal the basement with dry lock.

Spoke with Don while searching for a place for our family, including our 4 legged family members. He immediately told me of a place that was coming up but not yet available. Once open he took my husband and I through the property and we paid the deposit. We have a date set to sign the lease and hes been very open in communication about the updates and cleaning being done and the timeframes to move in. I'm hoping this type of communication continues through our rental time, and we cannot wait to move into our home.

This agency is by far the WORST out there. Don Miller is MIA and nowhere to be found for renters. The receptionist is rude and pins the timing of housing on the client (she knows nothing about our situation and therefore has no right to make such comments!) and Toni barely works. We have done all the outreaching! I WOULD NOT recommend this business to anyone!
Call after call and no one wants to be confronted! Wasteful agency with wasteful staff and absent owner. Someone needs to do the community a favor, step in, buy this business, fire all the staff, and start new!
