Heleen the unit manager for Wailuku Townhouse is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! We have been tenants of Shore to Shore for 3 years and she has not managed our unit with professionalism and care. We have emergency leaking water out of our bathtub and she has been no help to us. I spoke with her on the phone regarding this matter, she hung up the phone while we were talking and said "if you don't like it move then." I cannot believe she spoke to me that way on the phone.

I need help with this matter and that's how she spoke to me. She does not know how to professionally conduct business. She tells us to call our own plumber. She tells us to call the building manager. What is her job then if the work is left up to us? It is so upsetting that when the unit needs care I am treated this way. We didn't make the water leak, and I am spoken to this way on the phone.

I have been forced to call the plumber myself and call the units owner myself because I have no help, she needs training on how to properly manage a unit because it is so unprofessional. I am reporting her to her manager.

I wonder about this rental agency because they always have the rental up on their site and it never goes down. They collect 25.00 each time (per application) online from interested people looking for affordable low rent unit. I even applied for it 3 years ago and never heard back. But they never rent it. Ive been seeing the unit online and available for like over 3 years! Let's monitor and see if these rentals on Uwapo ever get rented? Uwapo Road - 301, Kihei, HI 96753

They are making it impossible for renters! Their rules are not friendly! Making someone pay $35 just to do a credit check BEFORE a viewing? They are raising rents and making it MORE difficult for hard working residents to rent. NOT PONO!

Shore to Shore Realty helped my fiance and I find the perfect home. We had it VERY hard with everything from the very beginning. Our process started with having to sell my condo first, then try to time it perfectly with buying our house. Our realtor, Alyssa was very on top of things, from calling/texting us with updates to trying to make everything as convenient as possible for us.

Shore to Shore has managed my rental property for over 3 years now and I can honestly say that everything has been such a smooth process. Most honest local real estate company. Little rough around some edges but overall geniuine concern for client and tenants. Most honest and truthful real estate company on this island. They tell you like it is and doesn't hide anything. Would recommend all the way

I don't rent from them but know people who do. They are willing to work with you when times are tough. They don't intrude on your space. Very nice to talk to.

It had a great playground with plenty of options and room to run and play. The swings were a challenge because the ditches under them made it difficult to push my child without leaning over awkwardly. Still it was a fun experience.

My new landlord, took over management my building. Will update in time. So far no major complaints, but seem mildly impersonal and cold.

Despite the negative earlier reviews, we have had a very positive experience with Shore to shore. Specifically Shana, Aileen, and Chad. They have been very helpful and understanding with my family's needs. I will stay and trust their opinions for future housing/real estate needs. Rather than many other companies trying to sell/purchase properties at the best price.

Shore to shore represents your need and determines if it's in you best to purchase or sell. They do not think about their commissions but rather what works best for their clients. They are not desperate for a profit but prefers they obtain the best option for their clients. I have purchased a property from shore to shore and the profit has increased. Very very good humble advise

Shore to Shore Realty was extremely helpful when we were looking for a place to live. From the moment we completed our application, they reached out to us to view an apartment in Wailuku. I would like to highlight the exceptional service of Chad and Shanna, who went above and beyond with putting aside their time off of work, to ensure that we were comfortable.

They updated us on upcoming maintenance schedules and were candid in informing us of the repairs around the apartment. We love the place that were in, with all thanks and kudos to Chad, Shanna and the team at Shore to Shore Realty.

These people were rude, racist, and did not allow us to even APPLY even though we have proof of great credit, good references for years and enough money to pay for an entire years rent up front, only because we are immigrants from Canada. We had to repeatedly ask for the woman at the desk to even talk to a manager, and she only gave us the answer of no because we showed up again after days of no response, even though we left our phone number. Never had a worse experience with a realty company and sad to see that that all the reviews we read were true.

True slumlords. Do not allow shore to shore manager your property or assist you with a purchase or sale of your home. They Don't respond to many contact attempts or even RICO complaints. They do not provide resolutions to issues, such as termites. The brokers, Al and Van could care less about any of their clients or termites. They have been aware of an ongoing termite problem for 3 months and counting but have intentionally chose to not doing anything and allow the infestation to spread.

Simple slum lords who don't care about tenants. Helene is a property manager with the company and has done nothing to provide a resolution as well. Stay away from these lazy horrible slumlords who only wish to try to take advantage of people.

My family and I applied for a rental through them. We had noticed this place was on the market for a while so we finally applied. Our credit is not too bad and we own a local business here on maui. I faxed in all the information and gave a call the next day to check up on it. The property manager could not have been more rude! He acted like I was a criminal checking in for probation or something.

He ultimately said he would review it later and let me know. Some days pass and nothing. so I say what the heck and call back. The lady at the front desk told me to let her check. She returned to the phone and said we were denied. She said our credit wasn't good enough. My husband and I both have a credit score over 650 so I was a little shocked by that! My advice stay away because I don't even think they want to rent their properties out!

This place is a joke. All of their rentals require your net pay 3 x's the amount of rent being charged. For example. Rent is 1700. So I must net 5100 to be even considered? Hello!? If I made 5100. I won't be renting. I'd be paying off my own mortgage. Not funding someone else's dream. Unreasonable, unrealistic and fascist.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. This company is extremely discriminatory. If you are white, you only stand a chance getting any human habitable apartment/dwelling if you are rich. Funny thing is this establishment represents all the slum properties on maui. Their office smells of mold, there facilities have not been maintained in a professional manner.

When you walk up the step to get to their office, you fear that your going to fall through (I weigh 180). They have used illegal rental practices with tenants in their rentals where they force renters out (who are current on their rent, & are not problem tenants) so they may rent it to another person that they would prefer to rent it to. They used to rent to persons with rental subsidies, and then this year they ceased that policy and no longer will accept rental assistance programs. Getting them to call you back within 4 days is very difficult. unless you have lots of money or aren't gay, white, or disabled.
