I was very impressed with the customer service! We reserved a condo months ago, and due to unforeseen circumstances that the rental company had no control over, our reservation was canceled. They immediately made it right by booking us another location with no additional cost even though the new place was much bigger. The communication was excellent! They were even able to get us in the house a little earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this company and this rental property!

Our trip was so magical thanks to the welcoming team at Natural Retreats. The Sierra Gold home was a treasure out of a travel brochure, with every deluxe appointment available and a simply breathtaking house. The great room with towering ceilings, impressive stone hearth, latest chic appliances and forest view never ceased to amaze and make us all feel we were truly in a special, upscale residence. We cannot wait to return and experience the magic again. Thank you to the amazing team that catered to our every whim and made sure we were looked after properly.
