Services
You must set up your appointment at least three business days in advance of when you would like to see an apartment. As a courtesy to our current residents, we notify them one day before showing their apartments to prospective tenants. You will meet our leasing consultant at the apartment before the tour. Because of liability issues, you must provide your own transportation. We look forward to helping you find your new apartment.

A company representative will contact you within 5 business days to shedule or plan the required maintenance and/or work.

I rented an apartment from this company for about 9 years. When I moved, they ripped me out of my deposit. My sister cleaned the apartment the day I moved. She was down on her hands & knees scrubbing & cleaning the floors. The apartment was probably cleaner than it was when I moved in. They figured out ways for me not to get my deposit back & also I ended up paying them way over $100.00 in more money.
I know these companies do not like to give deposits back, but this was ridiculous! I will not recommend for anyone to live in any of their apartment complexes. They will scam you!
