Vacaville is located between Sacramento and San Francisco. It takes about 1 hour to get to each. We are 5 miles away from TRAVIS AFB which makes us easily accessible to military personnel. Vacaville, CA is a wonderful town. It offers great opportunities for work and business. Genentech, a large biotech company, recently expanded its business offering hundreds of new jobs.

This was our first experience renting, as we have always owned our own home and we were very nervous to say the least. We rented for one year and must say that Qui was attentive/prompt to deal with any issues that arose. Upon moving out he was fair with the final inspection of the house. It was nice to feel like he was a neutral party and sincerely looking out for everyone's best interest. 10 out of 10.

For the most part all the staff other than Jill are pushy and only out for money. They barely get anything done in the rental properties and on move out try to find any way they can to take your deposit.

Star Rentals has been the property manager for our house for over 6 years. Over that time Qui. and the rest of the Start Rentals Family have been awesome! They always have our interest in mind, they are attentive to detail and they make almost everything worry free; just what you want from a property manager. While managing our property, they always keep us informed to what we need to know about, and keep us out of the details that we do not want to care about. We highly recommend Qui and Start Rentals as your property manager.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. After submitting my application, my family and I found a home to rent else where. I then told Monica we were not interested anymore and confirmed with her that we were not going to go through with their company YET she STILL ran my credit (a hard credit check which affected my score) and also deposited our application fee which was promised to be refunded but of course that never happened! I was totally ignored after asking numerous times for my refund.

Monica and Sally present as professional upon initial contact. But beware, they are unethical and untrustworthy, It would not surprise me if they were in a coven. Be warned.

My husband and I rented a house from star rentals for a year. We had a great experience. They were extremely friendly and responsive anytime we had a question or concern! Thanks star rentals for making the rental process a breeze! I highly recommend them!

Star Rentals makes owning home a breeze. Monica and her staff are excellent. They communicate clearly and promptly respond to any questions or concerns. I have been a client of Star Rentals for many years and find it to be efficient and very cost effective.

Easy breezy move in no complaints. Move out- 150 for carpet cleaning. 235 or something like that for a cleaning fee. Wasn't done cleaning when they did the walk through but we ran out of time. Even if we had finished cleaning it wouldn't be up to there expectations so if you rent with them I recommend not cleaning and just let them take the money at the end for a cleaning fee.

I wasted a lot of time with a magic eraser and cleaning base boards when it didn't matter in the end. Blinds were old and dusty when we moved in but we were told that was part of what needed to be clean. Along work normal wear and tear of the house. They go by pictures and are very nit picky. Qui is great just goes by the book. One of the lady's there is bad, can't remember her name.

But anyways there are pros and cons to every situation. When you rent from a mom and pop you tend to fix things yourself and send them the bill and always get your deposit back. Rental companies are more strict and have a lot more rules so just be prepared

We had a great experience with Deborah and Elisa. I would recommend these ladies. Any question or problem we had, they were on it. Night, day weekend or weekday they were there for us. Buy a house from Deborah or Elisa, they are a great team.

So far so good with this rental company. Yet have a 24 hour text service where if something is wrong you text Qui. He got back to me within 30 mins and had contacted a plumber for our shower, a pest guy for the bugs in the garage, and a handyman to fix the garage door opener. They call you so it's convenient for me to make a time that fits my schedule. The staff has been friendly and helpful so far. We have a move in inspection next will so I will review in a few weeks after we see how that goes.

I am a little suprised by the first review from Kristina R. as I have NEVER had an issue getting anything fixed by Star Rentals. I have rented from them for about 2 years now and while I am ending my tenancy next month it has nothing to do with them. The 1st time I had a problem with something being broken it was my faucet. The handle broke off and it was right before Thanksgiving.

I went to Home Depot and bought a brand new one and had a friend fix it but only because T.G was the very next day. After the holiday I called Star Rentals and talked to Monica Espinoza, let her know the situation and she said to attach the recipt to my rent check and deduct the amount from the rent. The 2nd time, my air went out when Vacaville was experiancing the WORST heat wave.

I sent an e-mail to them through thier website and got a call the very next day and within 3 days my air was fixed. It only took the 3 days because they had to call the owner to find out what they wanted to do to repair it and then send out a tech. Qui (sp?) is awesome and one of the nicest people there, so is Monica. As a matter of fact once during my tenancy I accidently wrote them a check from the wrong account and it bounced.

They called to let me know and I brought them a cashiers check the very next day and while I was responsible for the fees, they did not even charge me the $150.00 fee that contractually they could have. So while I'm not invalidating someone elses experiance, I can honestly say that I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service from the staff at Start Rentals.

I am extremely disappointed with Star Rentals management. I pay my rent on time every month and I am a good tenant. When something needs to be repaired they are always deflecting and trying to make it my responsibility. They do not want to up keep the property and follow through on what was agreed to when I signed my lease. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a property management company. I do not recommend using this company at least in the Vacaville area.
