We loved working with Tim and his team at Sterling Realty Advisors! As first time home buyers in a crazy 2022 market, we were nervous about being able to find a home we love at an affordable price. Tim was there for us every step of the way, patiently answering any question we had, sometimes the same question 3 or 4 times! He explained all of the home buying lingo, reassured us when we were feeling frustrated with the offering process, and April helped us narrow down what we wanted in our first home to make sure we were getting the most out of every showing.
