Louise is very easy to work with, very knowledgeable on the properties and area, and honest with all the information given about the properties. We have rented a few different properties from her. I love EVERYTHING about vactioning at York Beach! My family has been coming here for over 17 years. So much to do, not only at the beaches but in the area. Lots of fun for families. 2017 will be our 7th year renting a house through Louise at Sunny Beach for a week's vacation in York, Maine. The web site is well designed and easy to navigate to see what she has available and to get in touch with her. The lease is very straightforward and easy to understand, while covering all the necessary items. The couple of times we've called Louise with questions while in the rental she has been quick to respond and very pleasant to interact with.
