Great place to work, all of the office staff are very friendly and management is as well. Very stable place to work.

Read your contracts and ask all the questions. They just want your money and can careless about you. I had someone who used to work for them even tell me to reread my contract because they're known for shady stuff.

As a tenant for over 21 years I can attest that Swan Developments are very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I worked for Swanson Developments for more than a year. They did everything they told me they would do. I worked very hard, but that's because I'm a disciplined worker. They showed their appreciation. They kept the commitments they asked me to make to others on their behalf too. I also leased a property from them also, and found them to be responsive when there was a need to be taken care of.

If i could leave a negative rating i would. Stay away from this company. All they want is your money. I have been renting from them for almost a year and have already had a million issues with them. I live on one of their hemp fields. They said there would be 1-2 farmers taking care of it and they would stay out of my way. That was a lie. There are 10+ farmers here everyday.

They block me in and have stolen my personal items. Swanson said there is no proof and wont do anything about it. Second off after three months of living here they decide to hit me with a hidden gas fee. Nothing on this property is one gas. Come fall they are saying i have pay them to have their hvac company come out and look at the system to say its all good.

Something i can do myself. The house i live in was not finished remodeled when i moved in. They promised to fix it. Still have not come to fix it. If i want to walk out my front door its a 8ft fall to the ground. They floor in the kitchen is falling out from under us. The floor in the bathroom is a trampoline. When i try to speak with someone about it they just brush me off. They dont care about their tenants. Just want our money.

Swanson Development so far has been a great builder, from the foundation to the framing. We are still in the process of building, but so far, the workmanship they provide has been excellent. During our electrical walk thru, with Joe Swanson, he exceeded our expectations, as he gave us his utmost attention to detail and seemed to be family orientated and not driven like some builders. He took the time to listen to minor questions/items and at this point in time, I would recommend Swanson as a builder, and purchasing another home in the future.
