Worst leasing agent or property management company to go through in Prescott. You might as well burn your money. They don't care about you. My place flooded. I got no compensation and the roaches came back! It was a disgusting, horrible experience. I guess if you don't mind living like a teenager. It's ok. Hmmm

We rented a condo with them and we were extremely disappointed! When they did our annual inspection, they said that the house was in excellent condition. But a few months after the inspection when our lease was over and we decided to move, they charged us outrageously! They charged us for removing a door mat that we left behind! The charge read "It took 5 minutes to remove and put the welcome mat in the garbage." Can you imagine this!

They will use absolutely any excuse to not give you back your deposit while they already had charged us a non-refundable cleaning fee of $300.00. They charged us for cleaning the fireplace which we NEVER used. If we knew that this is how they carry their business, we would have used another rental agency. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. Do business with them at your own risk.

I am a Veteran. Just moved to Prescott to work at the VA. I've been here about a month. It seemed from the beginning the leasing agent wasn't too keen on me renting. I passed all of her requirements and moved forward. I paid her hold deposit, but it seemed after that she was determined too not work with me. I am entitled to move in assistance from a Veterans organization and they ordered the check to pay.

She refused to wait(for a week) she wanted me to pay for the week I wouldn't be allowed to move in, and she was trying to convince me to pay her and let her collect the check from the Veterans assistance program. While it was absolutely their right to deny the wait in 3 days the check would have came, and I would be moving in. This entire process only happened in 2 weeks!

Not stringing her along, and no prolonged waiting just a shady lady and her company who took my deposit, and 2 days after they decided not to wait 5 days they have already taken someone else's money. I would not recommend this leasing company to anyone, but especially not any Veterans.

We pay our rent on time, they fix any problems we have in 1-2 days. Beautiful and simple thing lol. Very reliable and I feel like I lucked out finding them after hearing horror stories from other property managements.

This review is a little late considering I lived in one of their properties a couple years ago. I lived at a property for a year and a half and never paid rent late. I got an emotional support dog and had her paperwork and when they asked abo my dog I provided all paperwork (shot records, emotional support certificate) and they responded saying everything looked good.

One month later I received a notice saying I had one month to vacate the apartment. They didn't give me a reason they just said the landlord wants to remove vats and is asking me to leave. So I left. I didn't deep clean the place and my old roommate left some personal belongings behind. Also the carpet by the front door was torn up. So figured they would take my 775 deposit.

Not only did they take my deposit, they charged me and extra 1100 dollars. For a deep clean and new carpet in the living room they needed 1800 dollars? That's unreal. But of course people are forced to pay things like this or they cant rent anywhere else. Their properties look good but they will get you with the move out costs.

Biggest joke ever, gonna try and charge me 100+$ for move in maintenance and then didn't even repair or get any of the problems I had down addressed, then to go and charge the tenant and not the owner of the property for these repairs is ridiculous. So now for the rest of my lease won't be trying to contact maintenance for anything because they won't do it but then they'll say they did it and charge you for it. Rent from any other property management place in Prescott but them they are a joke

I was sent my usual rent notice by TNT and it stated I owed $310.43 because it was the end of my old lease and my new one would began August 1. I paid the $310.43 on July 3rd. On July 10th I get a notice stating I'm behind $490.32, I immediately call the office to find out what's going on. Sarah at the office tells me that they TNT have a glitch in their system and I should've known that I owed more in my rent, that I can't live for free after my initial lease ends.

I told her how was I supposed to know that they had a glitch in their system, I paid the amount listed and thought that my new lease amount would began August 1. She (Sarah) told me no, that I had to pay the other half and any late fees, I said late fees. this is TNTs fault not mine, she told me again that I should've known. I wake up this morning and check my email and have a notice that I owe $500.32 and $10.00 in late fees. They had a GLITCH in their system and now I'm being made out to be the bad person. Don't trust this company they will try to get over on you!

This is the worst property management company we have ever dealt with. Renters beware! We were fortunate that we took loads of pictures moving in and kept it. We sent it to the company to show that the house was nasty upon moving in and had lots of damage. We took care of the house during our stay and cleaned it throughly when we moved out. They are unethical and flat out lie.

They went to the extreme of accusing us of changing out light switches and said they are keeping more than half our deposit with that being part of it. After sending pictures with proof that they switches were nasty yellow when we moved in, they credit us for it. Before moving intake plenty of pictures, these crooks will use anything and everything to keep all of your deposit and not fix the issues they claim and charge the next renters for the same things.

STAY AWAY! We took excellent care of our rental house, paid rent on time, took care to treat them with respect and dignity, and we left the house spotless. They took more than half of our deposit saying we left a mess to be cleaned up. P.S. When we moved in the furnace filter was 3 inches thick with a blanket of dust, we were told the fella who tends to that would be coming, it took him 3 months!

We exchanged the filter. I was later told that it was up to us to take care of that even though it was filthy when we moved in. I cleaned behind the stove and the broiler where it appears no human had gone before. The missing smoke alarms were never put up. There is more, find someone else.

Unbelievable mean people. I paid several months in advance I always have watched out for the property where I live. I have been an excellent super tenant and I dropped off my rent in the drop box on Saturday and because it may have been after 9 A.M. they are charging a late fee. I have never ever been late.mnand I had spoken to Dominique on the phone that week because I get my check on the 3rd late and she told me I wouldn't be charged late.

Now they r trying to charge me. Unbelievable horrible people. Hey even a person that works for the government that I spoke to also said they know thst TNT isn't reliable. REALLY

Never rent from this company. The entire staff is rude, unprofessional, and above all unethical. We rented a home for 2.5 years, aside from the questionable repairs done, time it took to even complete those repairs, them telling us that WE were responsible for cost of repairs, and the seemingly harassing nature of their other requests during that 2.5 years, none of that even compare to the most abhorrent way they treated us while we were trying to BUY the house we'd been renting.

The DAY OF our original closing date they served us with a 5 day notice to pay rent. The closing date was pushed back after that, so we had to pay rent for that month. Then after all the months of escrow, and thousands of dollars paid into the home, eleven days after postponing the closing and collecting another month rent, they backed out of the sale to keep it a rental and served us a 30 day eviction.

Not only did we lose the sale of our home but we lost our residence completely. We lost all the money put into escrow and we'll never get our deposit back. They have no regard for ethics or compassion.

In trying to find a property that would rent to college students, we found TNT most helpful and professional. Most of our correspondence was done long distance and they were always prompt in their response. We gave a list of repairs/touch ups that were needed upon move -in and they were done in a timely fashion. I would recommend TNT to other prospective renters.

Terrible company. If you want to be ripped off for your deposit, by all means rent from them. Very dishonest, tried to charge us for things we did not do. We left the property in great shape & am fighting for our deposit. Couldn't say enough bad things about them. The house was infested with mice when we moved in, between the pest control people and me we caught 28 mice in the kitchen area. The garage flooded twice because they don't want to fix the retaining wall. Second time they would not even answer our calls for help.

TERRIBLE! RIP OFF! NOT TRUSTABLE! DON'T RENT FROM THEM EVER! Their maintenance man is a liar and they charged us when we moved out for a bunch of stuff that we didn't do that was there from before. We left the property in great shape and they kept all almost all our $950 deposit. AWFUL! Every person I talk to I would NEVER EVER recommend them! Very sneaky and dishonest!

Do not rent with them! They do not conduct business well and charge you for every thing (even things that weren't your fault). My story is to long to tell, but I will never give a good review.

Probably the worst property management company in Arizona. The quality of their customer service is abysmal from the owner of the company to the receptionist.

Just to foreworn people this company will screw you over for the security deposit, we rented from them for over 3 years, went on a month to month lease at the end because we knew we would be moving, gave a 30 day written notice, cleaned the duplex better then we got it with their white glove inspection (what a joke). They then came in after we moved and turned the keys into them, they claimed the place was a total disaster, with paint on the floor, holes in the walls.

Thank Goodness I took pictures (just thought I should) we had to take them to court the judge agreed they had no case. I suggest you take pictures before you leave the place and I would have the management come out and look at the place with you. Do not cash your last check if you do not agree with what they gave you. Do Not Rent from them!

My Sister and I wanted to be closer to both of our jobs. We found a place that was perfect for the both of us. I went ahead and asked for them to fax a lease to me. We both filled it out and each paid for the application fee. They told us we needed a co-signer because we didn't have a renter history, so we asked our dad and we took time off of his job and we paid for his fee, When we got there and our dad was already there and they told us that we didn't need the co-signer after all.

Which means we were out of that money, No surprise. Now a couple of year's down the line. The owner sold our building and when we got home we had a envelope with a letter taped to our door. The letter was addressed to our neighbor's below and they got ours, So I called them a left a message with no call back stating they were sorry. So glad that we have a new management company, They are a lot friendlier than TNT ever showed us in all the years we were there. They never treated us like tenants only a dollar sign. I will NEVER rent from TNT again and I tell everyone I can how they treat their tenants.

I recently completed a lease with TNT Property management and was very unhappy with their management team and the treatment me and my family received from them. We took very good care of the house we rented and yet were still charged $160 above our deposit after we moved out. In the letter I received they had charges for removing items from the property that were not there, filing nail holes that I personally filled and weed removal.

If you are looking to rent from TNT just consider your deposit as move out expenses because they will take all of it. My wife and I have rented from multiple places across southern California before moving to Prescott and not one of the rental agencies we have rented from has had this low a level of integrity. Also, the comment about TNT having no complaints on BBB. 1.

You can't make complaints to BBB about land lord/tenet disputes so of course they have none. 2. That post was obviously written by an employee from TNT. I will never refer this agency to anyone and I would stay far away from them.

I don't even think this company deserves 1 star. Not only are they completely unprofessional and treat you as if you're some bum of the streets, they will take your money! I am an honest, hardworking member of the community and took VERY good care of the house I was renting. Not only did they turn the house over in dirty condition, they charged almost $900 in cleaning and repairs!

The house was left in better condition that it was when I moved in and despite my efforts to regain my deposit, they would not give me the time of day. IF you decide you want to use this HORRIBLE management company, be sure you keep VERY good records before moving in. Take photos and make VERY good notes on your move in checklist. This company is nothing more than a dirty, unprofessional company looking to rip off tenants and homeowners. DO NOT USE THEM!

UNETHICAL business practices - All of our deposit of $1200. was kept except for $88. It was an insult, since the property we rented in Stone-ridge Prescott Valley was not white glove move in. The security deposit is listed as refundable on the rental lease but at the time of move out was not. They claimed it took 15 hours to clean the property after we moved; however the property was very well maintained and looked better when we moved out than when we moved into it. I would not recommend TNT Property management since there are others in the area that I would hope would be an ethical choice.

HORRIFIC. These people will STEAL your money. They are unethical and unprofessional. I don't know how people like this stay in business. We rented from them and they decided to keep $500 of our $1000 deposit because supposedly we left the property dirty. NO! We actually hired a professional cleaner to clean the property after we moved out. It was spotless. These people should not get away with this. I am suing them.
