We have lived here under the Tollis properties management services for about four or five months now. So far from the application process all the way to day to say life and some small repairs things have been easy. Kim and her team are efficient and well organized. Response time to any phone calls are always consistent and well within reasonable time.
They always make themselves easily available and follow up with any concerns. Maintenence guy is very kind and respectful, he let us know each time he was coming in or out during his visits. For the neighborhood, it's very comfortable. Neighbors are respectful and no one bothers anyone else from what we have seen. Packages are always in one of 2 places we expect them to be, and we haven't seen an issue with "packages disappearing".
Parking is not an issue there is always spots available. In the winter the lots were very consistently plowed and sidewalks salted thoroughly. Will be updating this review at the one year mark.

Cindy, The "owner" of this business, sent private personal information of mine about my credit to an incorrect number. After being told it was incorrect by both myself and the person she was texting, she continued to text and call this number leaving private information about me behind. Then, after pulling my credit while applying for an apartment, and after finding out she made this massive mistake, she responded by insulting me and my credit score. Immature, unprofessional.
I would not trust them with ANY of my information. I'll have to keep a tight eye on everything now, who knows who else they send or what else they do with your personal information! This was the OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! What a shame.
