I booked a 2 bed, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 in it's main description. I went directly to availability calendar to book a 2 week stay and dates were available so I booked. Total price with all fees and tax were then calculated and I proceeded to list my information and credit card and # of guests. After clicking on "book now", my price jumped $800.

After speaking with the booking agent, she informed me that an additional per person price of $25 per person/ day over 4 guests was in the information. The $25 cost is NOT listed and this additional cost over 4 persons is only listed under a drop down menu under Overview and says "may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees".

I never opened any drop down menus because I am familiar with the property and amenities. I proceeded to tell her that I couldn't specify anywhere that we would have 6 guests the first week and only 2 the second week anyway! She said she would credit $350 and we would be getting the damage deposit back too so that should help get my price close to what I originally thought!

I told her return of damage deposit is pretty standard so she wasn't doing me any favor. BEWARE: I feel their information is very misleading. Not everyone feels the need to review all property information, amenities, etc when one has stayed on this property previously and unit pictures are available. I recommended they list the description to sleep 4 or detail the additional cost with all the other costs in the total booking fee! This was my first and last time to book with Wagner.
