We recently stayed at Las Palmas and had a wonderful time. The property was even better than the pictures and descriptions. The layout and amenities of the home make it a perfect three-couples stay. The location is great. You are near downtown Sonoma, which makes grocery shopping and eating out very easy, yet you feel distanced from everything while at the property.
I had nothing but great interactions with Chelsea from Woodfield Properties! She was very responsive and open to answering all of our questions leading up to the trip. I would highly recommend booking Las Palmas and using Woodfield Properties to do so! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Was a beautiful home, with obvious care taken to make us feel welcome! I was celebrating my 50th birthday and wanted a nice retreat. The pool area was so lovely and the inside furnishings comfortable. We had a couple of glitches with no propane for the fire pit and outside heat lamps, but they sent someone over right away to take care of it. Was disappointed the day the gate wouldn't open and it took over 20 minutes to hear back from the emergency line, but the owner called and was very apologetic. We want to go back! Loved the overall feel:

They are kind, until they get your money. Then they play off of each other passing you from Kathy to Alex to Frank and back again while they all play dumb to keep from having to answer your question's. Alex is Franks son in law and while Alex is quick to tell you this, Kathy will use his job in jepordy as a way to get out of negative situations, as if to be your fault.
They do everything they can to keep your money in spite of how unliveable the home they have rented you turns out to be. They like to make things look better than they really are and clearly take no pride in what they are renting out prior to having renters in the home. Advertising a three bedroom when the third room is the size of a closet with no actual closet( illegal to do, a room has to have closet and be of certain size to be considered a legal bedroom, photos did not show this), advertising a full size pool that really needed to be fully renovated and brought up to federal code before use. Ant infestations in walls, no vents in kitchen or bathrooms, no AC when advertsed as such, major plumbing issues that caused us to catch water with pots, dangerous gas leaks, lead paint. Renting a property with multiple domiciles without seperating electrical and gas lines from main domicile. Renting a property with multiple domiciles to multiple families without proper notice that to which Sonoma County recognizes to be a single family domicile.
After a week we wanted OUT and was told that we could finish out the month no matter all of the issues we had already experienced. There was no compromise, we were told in spite of continually asking to be released from our lease. We had even found another home to move to and they did everything they could to financially prevent the move. Eventually, we began vacating a week prior to the months end due to all the ants and said issues.
Thanks to them it also took over 6 weeks to get our deposit back. We had moved with employment and without notice sent our deposit back to our employer. We also dropped keys off on time with time dated stamped photo of doing so. We took MANY photos before vacating. The deposit return was partial after they took and paid a percentage of the electric/gas that is shared with other domiciles on the property.
I CANNOT EXPRESS STRONGLY ENOUGH, WARNING! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Disclosure or lack thereof of is also a concern. I posted to another site with simply my initials and the Owner/Frank responded by using my full name.
