Really excellent experience with Woodward as new tenants in Harrow. They made the whole process extremely simple and efficient. Myself and my partner had just returned from living abroad and they were very helpful in adjusting to our particular case. Gary was affable and charming during the viewings and was very well informed about the properties and the area.

I really appreciated how frank and clear he was about the strengths and weaknesses of each option we were looking at. Elena guided us through the process of securing the house and referencing which was made very easy indeed. You got the sense of a very personalized and efficient experience; Elena's communication was top class and she always responded very quickly.

Even when she was away for a day, she made sure that the process continued seamlessly in her absence (Alice was excellent in helping us with that). The referencing was done via Van Mildert and Elena kept us up to date frequently on how they were progressing. At every stage, we were confident that the process was being well handled, which took a lot of pressure off the situation.

The home we found is lovely and the landlord friendly, generous and helpful. Overall then a very personalized, easy and positive experience from start to finish: would very strongly recommend! Hopefully we won't have to use them again for a long time, but we certainly wouldn't hesitate to.

Brilliant agent. I am a director of a block of flats in Harrow. We were very unhappy with the previous managing agents. I did a lot of research into sourcing a new one and finally decided to give the contract to Woodward. It was an extremely smooth transition.
