I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible! Wowza Realty does an amazing job in every aspect of realty! We rented a home from them then Tara helped us buy our first house and then later land to build on! There's so many reason I will continue to use their services! Quality, commitment, level of knowledge and individualized service being just a few!

Tara is hands down the best realtor you could ever begin to search for. when we decided to put our first house on the market tara made the process so easy and smooth and was always there to answer every single one of our questions. all around great experience coupled with the utmost professional subject matter expertise! Tara was an absolute God sent! It was mine and my husbands first time selling and we did it kind of on a whim and she answered every question and guided us through the entire thing. She never over stepped and was just also so pleasant to be around. She is also very knowledgeable and knows how to get things done! WOWZA has been amazing. They were always on the ball with my home repairs when they were managing the property. I was never in the dark and anytime something came up, I was notified immediately. I also used them to sell my home and had offers before it was even listed. The process was quick and I couldn't ask for a better experience. If your looking for a realtor or property manager in the Kingsland/St. Marys area, you'd be a fool to go anywhere else, especially if your military. I left 8 years ago and have never had to worry about my home because WOWZA had me covered.
