Was denied renting a property solely based on I'm guessing my credit score and was told my son didn't have enough credit. Never called my actual landlords to actually verify that I pay my rent. With the economy like it is I don't know why they would look for perfect credit especially when I have an excellent rental history for the past 7 plus years.

I will say the property manager at Woodland Way was very sweet and very helpful and I know she doesn't make the rules. She responded to me right away with all my emails and was very very nice.

My partner and I have been fantastically served by the staff of Weller Management. Weller worked closely with us to make sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. I know with property management industry you usually only hear the bad stories, but at Weller they truly value the relationship with the consumer and are looking forward to living at one of their properties in the future. Kayla was an awesome member to work with.

THE WORST. I've lived in my complex for almost 4 years. Since Weller took over in the last year it has been the worst experience. I spent 4 months trying to get my apartment sprayed and washer replaced while being ran in circles. They've done 3 "inspections" this month. According to myself and the neighbors nothing had been fixed. When I advised they can't just show up the law requires they give us notice the lady asked me "why do you need to be there anyways?" How disrespectful.

These are our homes! You have no right. That's why. They've definitely made what used to be a pleasant experience a now unsavory one. We used to have a cleaning company come weekly to keep up with the enclosed hall ways. Haven't seen them in months. There's always piles of trash sitting by the dumpster and now they don't even sweep the parking lot.

When you try to reach out to management or call that number no one ever answers or returns calls. I had to go as far as writing in their Facebook but all they did was block my comments. I asked for a regional manager via inbox do discuss my concerns and they blocked me! That's what kind of company this is.

If Weller truly cared about the residents of their properties they would go look at the property's reviews. For instance, Carrington Place in Columbia SC. Look at the Google reviews. The same issues are continuing over and over again without being addressed. Office staff doesn't answer the phone. We can't get packages delivered by USPS. The office won't accept them for us so we have to take time from our day to go pick them up.

The window to pick up the packages is 9-1 when most of us are working. This doesn't work. The staff never does anything to show residents they are appreciated. My other friends have food trucks that show up at their apartments. There is an overall lack of communication between the office staff and the residents. While mailboxes were down for three months the timeline for the fix was never communicated.

It's Memorial Day weekend and I don't even know if the pool will be open. While I love my apartment it's the little things that keep piling up that make the experience miserable. Edited: I tried to call and share my experience with the complex I live in but just like with them I just got a voicemail. What a horrible company. Best believe I will never recommend this company or any of their properties to anyone.

Simply impossible to reach them as a resident. If you are planning on signing to a place that helps residents, stay away from Weller because they will not respond to you ever.

Do not live in a property under this management company. Terrible communication, nasty conditions, and irresponsible staff. After a year of disaster I can say this is the worst experience I've heard dealing with an apartment property. Ended up selling the property because they did not want to handle their mess. Shame.

Ummmm zero stars I loved where I lived until these people took over. I called over and over again, just to get a full VM and no answer! Everything is going to hell quickly. The halls are now very dirty when they were always so clean. I can go on and on! DONT RENT FROM THEM EVER!

We recently had a not so great experience at a property that is currently managed by Weller; which is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Having said this however, Weller recently took over managing this particular property, and after working with Kayla (@ Weller), I am confident they are working to improve resident's experiences at said property. Kayla was very professional and sincere, and in the end made things 'right' for us. I would not hesitate to work with her again in the future and would consider another Weller Management community. Horrible. Sent a complete buffoon to manage the property and lost the contract. These people are a massive liability to both residents and property owners.

This company is unprofessional just like the people they hire I emailed a video of their property manager telling me she wasn't going to fix my unit and no one has reached back out to me I'm a paying tenant and I continue to be treated like trash I'm going to every news outlet there is and I'm going to see these people in court smh people only care about rent money they don't care that I'm living in a molded ran down apartment if this management company owns the apartment complex you are trying to move into RUUUUNNN these people do not care about me nor my kids safety I've be living in horrible living conditions since moving in June

This company really helped me out and it was a quick and friendly service. Christian helped a lot and knew exactly what he was doing and reassured me that everything will be fixed as soon as possible. It was amazing service and I really appreciate everything they did to help.
