Building material is flimsy. Difficult to get assistance from maintenance. Bad And and Fly problem. Owner kept 1.5 months of security because he said that he had to replace a really cheap carpet that he buys en bulk (same type at home depot would be 1/20th of my security and that's not even

I took a tour of the complex because I am moving to the area and needed an apartment. The buildings are awful and run-down. The stairs are sqeeky, the hallways stink of chinese food and stale air. The apartments are are horribly maintained and you can hear your neighbors through the walls.

We lived here for 2 years in a 2bed 2bath. 2 adutls and a new born 2004-2006. All the staff are nice. If anything needed to be fixed, it was done either that day or the next day depending on what time you called. Was not to big on the parking lot. I wished there was more lighting out side.
