We had the time of our lives. This is a great place to stay. These are newly remodeled, great swimming pool, great staff, near beach and next to the marriot hotel. HUGE rooms 3 bed rooms 3 baths large living room and big kitchen. We are going again this year March 23rd 2008. A++++

Great place to live. nice manager and maintanance

I tried to rent there while my house was being built in Fort Mill. The complex looks very tranquil and that's what attracted me. Unfortunately I received conflicting information from the two leasing consultants when inquiring. The first day I visited, the lady greeted me and informed me that

We were very satisfied with our stay at Harbourside III. The view was tremendous and all activities & restaurants were within walking distance. Accommodations are spacious so you don't feel crowded.

THE STAFF IS GREAT AND MAINT. IS GOOD AND THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT UP VERY WELL. HOWEVER THE WALLS ARE SO THIN I HEAR MY NEIGHBORS USING THE TOILET AND JUST TALKING. NOT TO MENTION LAUGHING,YELLING OR DOG BARKING/BABY CRYING. THERE IS A TRAIN IN THE REAR OF THE COMPLEX, BUT IT HAS BECOME SOOTHING

I have stayed at the resort multiple times and it has always been an enjoyable stay. In the early years there was more entertainment. I would like to see this again.

Love the beach and the 9 soft surface courts. Weather is always pleasant. Biking there is so much fun.it's flat! The seafood is scrumptious.
