I have lived here for 2 years now and I love it. Wonderful staff and neighbors. If you want a reasonable rate, but do not want to live in a bad neighborhood, go to the Glen. The Glen is also close to the mall-Walmart-major fast food resturaunts. It is fabulous!

It is the cheapest place in Mineral Wells. The buildings are old military housing and are very well built with hardwood floors. As far as the drug traffic I am sure that there is some but there probably is in most neighborhoods which is very sad. I use to live there when I was first starting

These apartment are the best to live in Pearland. Friendly staff neighors very nice simming pools. The apartments have just been remodeld with new two tone paint, floor & ceiling boards new car ports and it is very a quiet place to live. Come check it out!
