I am in the navy and lived there for a little while. Most of the people who live there are retired, so it's older people. The Lake is not cleaned up though, it always has lots of trash in it. You do hear everything your neighbors do, from running water, etc.

I am very satisfied, they bought Trevilian Square Apartments about 6 months ago and it seems like a whole new place! Very nice, renovated all the apartments, always answer the phone and return calls and are very pleasant, they have landscaped and done so much work. I would definitely recommend
