They are large enough to handle the demands of the daily management needs but not so large that you are not receiving personalized service. My rentals are being well maintained, the accounting is accurate and provided to me monthly, and tenants are screened thoroughly. Leslie, the owner is great to work with. She is receptive to requests/complaints, and bends over backwards to make sure her clients are taken care of.
