I am practically pinching myself that I found this home to stay in for a solo trip to the desert, it was just so awesome! The outdoor setting was incredible. It was remote and there was a lot of space to walk around and explore the property and magical desert environment, and it was super quiet.but still a few neighbors not too far away so you don't feel completely isolated. The cabin itself was really nicely and thoughtfully designed and set up, very convenient, and very clean.

While there, I actually wanted to wake up early in the morning and felt energized by the early morning desert sun. Also, Susan was really great to message with and very responsive, you can tell she is a professional. A very solid experience, and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vacation rental in the desert/that is close to Joshua Tree, to absolutely stay here! Thank you!

This lovely cabin near Joshua Tree National Park is your own private oasis in the desert. It is comfortable, cute and it's just fun to be there. Very nice touches inside and out. Very comfortable bed and couch. Highly recommended!

Desert Oasis Love this place! Our second time to stay here out of many visits to JT. We've finally settled that this will be our #1 choice in the future. The views, wildlife, outdoor enclosed fire stove, and landscaping are beautiful. It's quiet. Lots of comfortable furniture, nice kitchen, comfortable bed and dark, quiet bedroom. Love the hammocks! Location midway between the towns of JT and 29 Palms.

Peaceful, Private, Amazing views and landscaping! Ok, so part of me wants to say this wasn't amazing, because I want it to be available again if I come back up. But, I have to say, it was probably one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! The kitchen was the best stocked with cookware I have ever seen, it was very tastefully decorated and just a beautiful setting. Any question was answered immediately and they really did think of any convenience you might need. My husband and I travel quite a bit and were both very impressed by this place. We will be back. Thank you!

Very nice place. Great decor. Far from neighbors. Beautiful desert. Close to Joshua Tree National Forest. Sharp cooking knives, yay! Very helpful owners.

Beautiful home and area that fit our needs perfectly! Will book again! Thank you Susan for your excellent communication

My husband and I stayed at the cabin for our anniversary trip. It's cozy, quaint, and meticulously clean. We felt very welcomed and informed by Susan. I highly recommend staying with JTVH! I'm sure all properties are held to such a standard.
