Recently had a flood in Townhouse and it left damage to the flooring. They came in and replaced with new flooring, we had a problem with a slow leak in toilet. They replaced the old toilet with a sparkling new one. They were very professional, prompt and of good cheer. They made my year. Appreciate the response and Happy Holidays to all the staff and especially the owner of the townhouse where I live. I rarely give reviews, but they earned this one.

I am in a business condominium association that is represented by Wilson Property Management. If it were my decision, I would get rid of this property management company, and hire another one.

This management company is horrible and no one should ever consider renting from any property managed by them. They exploited the COVID-19 pandemic's shelter in place to exclude us from the move out inspection. They then without any proof and without being willing to show any proof took 10% of our security deposit when we cleaned the house to better than when we moved in. There was no good faith effort on the property management or owner's side to resolve this dispute. DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTIES MANAGED UNDER THIS COMPANY or Gary Draghi. The property at: 553 S P Street, Livermore, CA 94550.

Wasn't very happy with the service and looking property not only did they take forever to process their application we found our own place and they wouldn't refund the money before we got denied the rental
