Owned by Eric Gill and his mother, Rene Gill, since 1997, the company has grown to managing approx. 300 properties. Properties are located in Evergreen, Genesee/Golden, Lookout Mountain, Morrison, Conifer, Bailey, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood and surrounding areas. Eric has owned Bear Paw since 1997, when he and Rene first purchased it. Eric is very involved in the Evergreen community and active in the Evergreen Rotary and Evergreen Chamber. He was recently awarded the Leadership Evergreen Leader of the Year award. His desire is to see the city of Evergreen thrive and to provide exceptional service to all of his owners and tenants.

Bear Paw Stanbro will handle all aspects of your rental property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you would prefer not to get a phone call at 3:00 a.m. about a leaking water heater, this option is for you.

Tenants are responsible for all utility charges unless otherwise agreed upon in advance and in writing. Tenants must change all billing information to their name and mailing address as of the move-in date stated on the lease. Weekly classified ads in the local paper, Canyon Courier, which also has its own website for more access.
