If this is your first time logging into your account and you have not received your login credentials, you will need to contact our office. Please note that we currently manage properties only within Washington State. All online payments are processed through Buildium. If your account with Buildium has not been set up, you will need to contact the Impact office at info@impactpropertymgmt.com or 425-334-6361 and we will email you your login information.

Prior to applying for any of our properties, make sure you meet the required criteria that is noted within that particular listing. Prior to applying for the property, you will be able to review our general screening criteria and Tenant acceptance policy. You may also review the policy here. We do NOT accept portable screening reports.
