We offer three packages: Basic ($29.95/30 days), Premium ($49.95/Until Sold), and MLS ($499.00/6 Months). Each includes varying levels of exposure, photos, and marketing materials.
How does your MLS listing work?
Our MLS package lists your property on the Multiple Listing Service, appearing on Zillow, Realtor.com, and other major platforms. You set agent commission (2.5-3%) which only pays if an agent brings the buyer.
Can I modify my listing after publication?
Yes, all packages allow free modifications at any time through your WNYbyOwner.com account.
How quickly will my property appear online?
Basic/Premium listings appear immediately. MLS listings activate within 48 hours after our appointment to list your home.
What payment methods do you accept?
Basic/Premium packages accept credit cards/PayPal. MLS payments require cash/check at the time of listing appointment.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
