Mark handled the sale of our trust home as well as many details (organization of an estate sale, clearing property of debris and hiring a contractor/handyman for needed repairs) regarding the transaction. He truly provided every aspect that was required for us to make the sale. He was patient, professional and personable. We were able to sell the property substantially above asking price in a very short time. Escrow and closing was a breeze (even though there were three trustees in different locations). I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone for their real estate needs.

We hired Al to sell my mom's home. Al had a lot of experience with estate sales. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went well from the listing, the pictures, and the sales efforts. Every step went smoothly and Al provided consistent communication from the beginning until the close of escrow. Robert Cofer was amazing to work with! After almost a year of searching and interviewing for the right realtor, we definitely found the best. We looked at quite a few properties and he was always very responsive and helpful. Very knowledgeable. If I needed help with anything he was always there to answer. If I needed an inspection done or anybody he always had a recommendation and could schedule someone to come out immediately.
While the home buying process itself isn't my favorite, Robert made it as easy and smooth as possible. In this crazy market we are in with multiple offer wars, he made it happen! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new home! Will definitely use him again and again! We found the best agent and gain a new friend.

When my mother passed away we had to sell our parents house. It was a trust sale, with five siblings involved, a potentially complicated situation. We vetted several agents before settling on Al Jafarkani. He managed the listing and offers in a very professional manner. His was excellent at keeping us informed of developments. Every time I texted him with a question he responded within minutes. Our executor is nearly 70 years old and has minimal tech skills and scant knowledge of real estate and Al managed that situation extremely well. He was excellent at explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. He was calm and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him.
