Villa Rentals is proudly owned by Pat and Nicole Chamberlain who grew up together and spent every summer right here in Newport. In 2000, Pat and Nicole purchased the business and have never been happier!

Long Beach Airport (LGB) is located about 25 miles north of Newport Beach. The travel time is roughly 35 minutes or so to get to the Peninsula however it will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located about 50 miles north of Newport Beach. The travel time is roughly 60 minutes or so to get to the Peninsula however it will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Traffic coming onto the Peninsula during the summer months can be extremely difficult at times.
