Holding fees are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and only 1 holding fee is accepted per unit. The holding fee is equal to 25% of one month's rent and must be paid with either a cashier's check or a money order.

All people who will be living at the property over the age of 18 must send in their own individual application.

Tenants have access to what is referred to as the tenant portal; this will be activated after the lease has been completed. Tenants can use the tenant portal for everything including creating maintenance requests, paying rent, staying in touch with property managers, and receiving any necessary notifications regarding their property.
