I am very satisfied with the work of James Tungsvik. He took his time and clarify information very detailed and organized. He gave me all the information I need. I don't know how bad experienced of others but for me he is great. I highly recommend this company. Not just James the Manager is very friendly and make sure her clients feel happy when be with their company.

I worked with Around the Clock for 14 Years and had nothing short of a flawless experience. The entire team was always available to answer and questions I might I have. My property manager Emory was sensational. Always available for any requests and when issues arose he was always responsive and prompt to get them taking care of. Would highly recommend Around the Clock to any potential renters in the area.

I would strongly recommend never doing business with ATC. I am a homeowner in a condominium association that they manages. From experience, they do not responsibly manage homeowner issues or address matters timely. They have little regard to the well-being of their customers nor do they take care of the real estate they help manage. Save your time, money and resources and select a different company.

This is not a HOA Management company. This company has a front and looks like it, but in reality they run everything through their attorneys. You call them. Need to charge you for an attorney. They send a notice, you just paid $150 for the attorney to mail you a notice. Have a question? Ask the attorney and pay hundreds to access your account. They hide behind their attorneys because they actually don't manage the HOA. If you want to go bankrupt, then by all means purchase a home in a community where they manage. Otherwise, avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid the headache and hire someone else! I have interacted with several of their staff and HOA Managers. ALL are unethical, liars, lazy, uncommicative, incompetent, and simply don't care about you or your home. My wife actually threw up when I told her what I had to deal with. I am VERY tempted to move just to avoid this company. I wish so badly we could. They need to shut their doors. It would save thousands of dollars on our therapy bills!

If I could, I would rate this company negative million stars, I have never, ever encounter such horrible company, and people in my whole life. Not only the company, but the manager whose name is James are the worst people I have ever seen. I am glad that I am not the only one who had a horrible experience with this company and the manager. The company hold against me and send me lawyer letters when I did nothing wrong.
I hired a lawyer already and I will fight for my own right. I wonder why this devil company still exists. I suggest anyone to stay away as far as possible from this company. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

We rented a place in Issaquah by Emory Tungsvik, extremely nice guy. He was always responsive with any questions or queries we had during our stay at the condo for the whole period we stayed there. He was very thorough with lease papers upon leasing as well as exiting. The best part about Emory is that he is very honest, unlike other property management officials.
I wish all property managements managers should learn from him on how to deal with customers fairly, not on books, but practically. Thanks Emory for helping us with all our needs during our stay in Issaquah home.
