Horrible place. A few packages of mine were mistakenly sent to the Shenandoah Arms where I used to live. I called the property manager and she said she couldn't help me. I called Legow Management and they actually told me to go there and see if I could find the packages. Since I lived there, I KNOW the postal service has a key and leaves packages in the lobby! I have called the manager every day, asking for a phone call regarding my items and she won't call me back or answer her phone. Moving was a wise decision!

They work incredibly hard and are always very professional and understanding. The people at the very top of this company are incredibly good people. while supers come and go, the upper management stays concise and hard working.

Right now I have no power. This is the 5th time and they keep blaming the power co. I lived in another complex that was built at the same time as here. Did not ever have this problem. So this complex has inadequite service, but the other complex is fine.
