I had an amazing first time purchasing a home. I chose Nidhi Soni as my realtor through Hermann London, after receiving a lot of feedback from the STL community. I am glad I listened to them and chose her. It took 5 months for me to find a house in this very demanding market, and with the prices going up on every house we looked at. But Nidhi stayed patient with me for 5 months while We looked at numerous houses because I had to stay within my budget.
She also pays strong attention to the foundation of a house when we go view a showing, and that helped me tremendously. The inspection was a breeze because we only had 1 repair to take care of because of her strong dedication to making sure the foundation was in great shape of a house. I highly recommend Nidhi as an option for when you purchase a house.

I cannot say enough about Adam Kruse and his team at Hermann London! Buying and selling a house is a stressful experience and this team goes above and beyond to help you weather the storm. They are knowledgeable, informative, professional, and maybe the friendliest bunch around. Adam and Geri were right by my side through it all. They even connected me with an amazing Mortgage Lender. Is there anything they can't do?! Hermann London is the total package and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to brave this real estate market.
