We are across from Kailua Beach Park. You can relax by our pool and enjoy our tropical gardens, or walk less then two minutes and be at the most beautiful beach in the country. It is a great beach for children; the water is calm as there is a coral reef 1/2 mile off shore where the waves break. You can snorkel, swim, kayak, or just walk the beach for hours.You can also watch the sun rise in the morning over the ocean and the moon rise in the evening. It is truly breathtaking! Kailua Town is located 5 minutes from the property and only 30 minutes from Waikiki.

Just steps away from the best part of the nicest beaches on the island. The Kukui House is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house and can be rented with the Sunshine Suite at a combined discounted rate. It is upstairs and overlooks the pool from a covered lanai. The house has a full kitchen, one queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a sofa-bed in the living room.

The Sunshine Suite is romantic and is similar to a hotel room in terms of amenities which include a queen bed, free WIFI, HDTV w/Movie channels, private entrance, mid-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric hot water carafe, fryer/boiler, rice cooker, gas BBQ grille, hair dryer, washer/dryer (we supply all of your detergent, fabric softener), beach chairs/toys, free parking, and much more. This suite is located on a private beach lane, on a private estate called Kailua Gardens.
