The primary goal of Professional Management Group, Inc. is to provide quality, full-encompassing Association and Property Management services, along with Long-Term Leasing options, to the entire Lake of the Ozarks area. Whether a condominium association, villa owners association, subdivision or individual owner, we will create a management and/or maintenance plan to suit your needs.

Our management services are designed to help facilitate the day-to-day care of a condominium complex, as well as a second-home or investment property, while working to protect the investment of all owners.

Report

PMG offers various preventative maintenance programs conducted on a yearly, semi-annual, and quarterly basis. Let us create a plan based on your specific needs. Following each visit, if any repairs are recommended, a report will be generated and mailed to you. Unless otherwise listed, all repairs approved by the owner will be performed and billed at the current hourly rate, plus the cost of supplies.

Association Management

Professional Management Group, Inc. is currently managing sixteen associations that are comprised of nearly 1,500 units on all borders of the Lake. Our staff has extensive experience in managing and maintaining condominium complexes in the Lake of the Ozarks area. In business for over 34 years, without a change in ownership, we strive to adapt to changes in demographics, technology and aging facilities.

Leasing

Report

Providing and reviewing the lease with the tenants, and obtain signatures from the tenants. Collect a security deposit that amounts to one month's rent and hold the security deposit in our trust account. The owner always has the final say as to whether the property is to be rented to a particular tenant.
