Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Absolutely terrible. If you want a company that's professional and knows how to communicate and look somewhere else! cuz its not PMG thats for sure.

Critical: Quality, Value the apartments are not up to date and theres mold everywhere had to get rid of furniture and clothes cause mold got on it

I've been using PMG for almost 2 years now and absolutely love them. The office staff is Amazing. Hazel is Super nice and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend going through PMG.

Me and my Wife started renting our first apartment through PMG years ago and honestly I don't have much I can complain about that wasn't fixed pretty quick after we finally would bring it up. It's under new management from when we first started renting and I can honestly say that it's better this way with the current manager Hazel being an understanding person with payment, also being more than willing to fix any issues that arise.
Currently I'm under the impression that if someone has an issue with PMG it's because they either caused a ruckus or were not even attempting to pay their rent on time. If you're curious about renting somewhere to live with PMG, you should have no problems as long as you're a responsible person who understands that rent needs to be paid.

PMG lead me on a wild goose chase for an apartment. They also made me pay to check my credit then never called back. (Even though I have above average credit.) The customer service is spotty and overall unprofessional. I would not recommend PMG TO ANYONE.
