When we founded our company, the area didn't quite look the same. But from the beginning and through today, we have always focused on providing the best rental experience we could to our tenants.

As pet owners, Twin City Properties and its staff understand the joy and comfort pets provide. We also understand how easily and quickly they become a member of the family. Because of this, we allow pets in nearly ALL of our properties (some restrictions apply, call for details). Pets will need to be approved, however, on an individual basis for the property being considered.
