I live at the Pont Alba Apartments in Bellaire, TX. Oldham Goodwin "manages" this property. They have allowed us to go without a proper working AC for over a month! The apartment is unbearable. My newborn son has to live here. We have been told for weeks that they are waiting on an electrical company, and no one will help. Portable AC units are all that have been offered which do the bare minimum with 100+ degree temperatures outside. It is extremely hot in the apartment. I would give zero stars if possible. We don't know what to do anymore. No one will help.
