A lot of red flags from this company. Red flag 1: no updates. I'm on week 4 waiting. No rejection or acceptance. At least have some kind of updates. Red flag 2: their application system of reviewing - maybe a sure way for discriminatory practices. Unless I missed it, they're not very thorough on their process. Red flag 3: hard to get hold of any live person to talk to when calling their office phone number. Regardless of being picked or not, would love to get a courtesy update especially paying 40 per application.

Todd is the best! Met us on our schedule and helped us get into a home super fast and super easy. We love our new home and couldn't be happier with how easy this process was! The whole screm team has been sooo helpful along the way! I even got a call today from maintenance making sure everything was going well and taken care of.
